EMoto Ltd Took 5000 pounds for the Moto parts in April NO ANSWER till now London Nationwide

I ve payed for goods as well as for delivery and receive nothing in return

We send number of letters 24-03 26-03 28-03 02-04 03-04 08-04 09-04 15-04 21-04 28-04 05-05 13-05 29-05 03-06 04-06 05-06 06-06 etc for the total number of 40 or more!
We have their answers or online submission email(that someone soon contact us) as a proof of postage. We also have letters confirming payment for the goods and delivery And we can ask for the letter from bank with our payment if nessesery

In their letters 08-04 they told us "We are now finding another carrier and will ship this week."
21-04 "We expect to ship next week."
13-05 "This will take place next week. "
Till now we have nothing! And they stopped answer our e-mails.

I wrote two formal letter of complaint to the trader in question, giving a full outline of the events to date and the remedy you are seeking
We give the company two "Final letter before taking action" in which we stated:
15-04 "Unless this matter is satisfactorily resolved within the next 3 days(by 18-04-2008), I will institute legal proceedings without further notice. The costs of this action will be added to my claim." and another formal letter 29-05 " You promised number of times to send all the items next week! But "next week" lasts forever(2,5 months already )

Next day they promised we ll have the order next week- no answers from the company till now since that time.
Unfortunately we live outside UK

Now moto season is alredy gone and spoiled and they never answer my letter when i asked them to send the order or the money back
