Freedom Scooters - B & K Wholesale - Sunquest Motorsports RIPOFF Dishonest misleading, horrible customer service Atlanta Georgia

This company really left me holding the bag. I spent $10,000.00 getting set up with scooters. There was a 1-800 number on all of the scooters stating that if you call this number, you'd get free parts. First of all, Just as soon as I needed a part, they charged me for the parts that were suppose to be free. Shortly after that, I called the same 1-800 number and it was disconnected. Don't you think it was because of so many others calling in , compaining and needing parts also?

When I sold these scooters, the very next day, and some the same day, were brought back to me not working. I called B & K Scooters and was complaining about the quality of these scooters and Connie was trying to blame the customer for doing something wrong. But the customer was NOT at fault. I was not at fault. I just sold the scooters. But I HAD to make it right with my customers. I had to give them their money back and be stuck with junk !! Thats not fair for me to have to lose out and B & K Wholesale to profit scott free !! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS !! I lost my a** dealing with this company ! I HAD to make it right with my customers. I have a business that I rely on to make a living with and I have a GREAT reputation for my customer service ! I can't just leave my customers in the dark ! We are now in litigations over this matter !! I have been took to the cleaners and I'm NOT standing for it !! I'll do all I can to let other business owners know about this RIPOFF Company !!!
