I AM KANAT ARBAY GRADUATE CLASS 45 US NAVY SEAL 1969/1 LITTLE CREAK, VA.TWO YEARS AGO MY SON PURCHASE to ME LUMINAX WATCH AS A GIFT IT WAS CRACKED WHEN I RECIVED.I REGIGNIZE AFTER COUPLE OF DIVE TO 150 FT BUT IT WAS WORKING. Presently I hit the watch same where, then I see the crack was become broken glass.
I sanded to the Repair department to the RI, they claim and sanded to me slip#1626
Problem was Stop Crystal. I ask return not repair.
I like the report first "false Repair estimate". Problem was only broken glass , watch was working perfect.
Second I like to report False advertisements behind of the watch US NAVY written is erased. On the brochure company said: "we are suppliers U.S. NAVY SEAL TEAMS highly skilled craftsmen using the latest technologies and the finest materials build your state-of-the-art watch. Which is most important written behind the watch is erased in two years.
My son purchase watch from Sharper Image on line $399.00 I like to receive my money back right away. To void the Law suit [15 USC S 45] I already filed to the FTC [OBM#3084-0047]

As I understand you, I guess you're referring to luminox, you received the watch with a cracked crystal yet you used it diving a couple of times, then you hit the crystal and NOW you want your money back. Give me a frickin' break. Good luck on that law suit. If anything, you had a complaint when you received the watch with the cracked crystal, not after using it AND hitting the cracked crystal. After 24+ years in the business, those watches ARE vastly over priced and over rated. A number of the police officers I work with, own them and when the break I tell them to chuck 'em and buy a new one. You can pick them up online for a fraction of retail cost. The one time I sent one in to luminox, they were gonna charge more to repair it then we could buy one AND they had the balls to want $24 to return a FU watch. There are better watches at cheaper prices. IMHO.
