. Chased up after 4 weeks as item did not arrive, and was told to wait, (Dec 31, 2011 )

. Chased up again after and was told it will be with me soon. (2 January 2012 11:24)

. Chased up again after item still didn’t come was told they will check with the postal service, and would take a few days. (Mon 23/01/2012 10:44)

.chased up again no reply, (30 January 2012 20:01)

.tired of waiting I asked for refund but no reply (31 January 2012 19:33)
