Scooters & Toys World Purchased 2 BRAND NEW ATV's and in 5 days they fell apart and one did not run, the company will not replace, fix, or refund Arlington, Texas

I purchased 2 ATV's for my boys from Scooters & Toys World on November 7, 2011. They immediately went into storage in my shed so that we could give them to the boys on Christmas. On December 25, 2011 we gave the ATV's to the boys and they instatnly began to ride them. Within 30 minutes they returned to the house with issues.On the fouth day I had to tear apart one of them to try and diagnose the problem as to why it did not start. By this time I had already had to replace the batteries and spark plugs due to malfunction. On both of the ATV's here is a list of the problems that I attempted to take back to the business for resolution: both motors had zero oil in them, both had zero brake fluid, front and rear lights fell off, welds on front and rear racks have broken, alarms malfunctioned and fell off, wiring broken throughout, tires will not hold air, camber on one can not be adjusted, all plastics cracked, exhaust baffle fell out. I did take apart one of the motors and it is seized up. When we went to the company we were told repeatedly to use "Loc-tite" and they would charge us to repair them and order all of the parts.. All of the above mentioned issues all happened within 4 days. The ATV's were driven responsibly and were always supervised by myself or my wife. At no time were these wrecked. thats probably what is most upsetting to us.
