I ordered a Coleman cooler and power plug from their online site as a gift for my inlaws. The plug arrived within 4 days but after 2 weeks the cooler had not. After calling the 800 number I was told that the cooler was not in stock and my order had been cancelled. I was not made aware of this by anyone in the company before I called. When transferred to a ´´specialist´´ I was treated to condescending words like´´oh´´ and ´´oh, my´´ instead of answers or a suggestion of how this matter could be resolved. I have found their customer service to be horrible. With so many online companies I suggest people choose one other than The Sports Authority.
