I have the same story as most everyone else. I bought three electric scooters as gifts and they all showed up damaged from what appeared to be shipping damage. They wanted to send me parts to repair them but wouldn't go for it because they didn't even have power to the drive wheels, nor did I think I should have to wrench on them to get them to work.
After spending countless hours trying to get some one to call me and going back and forth with them via there blog I was told quote;
"Pleasure talking to you today on the phone. I have made notes on your account that the scooters are coming back for replacements."

Robert, Thank you for the tracking numbers I have passed them on for you. I was told that we would be refunding you the money for the scooters less shipping. The refund will go to the dealer you purchased the scooters from and they will refund you. They have been notified on this as well. If you have questions please call 402-603-4445 ext 203.

So I,m now waiting for my $680.00 less probably $150.00 in shipping charges. Alpha Products/X-treme Electric Scooters are the biggest rip offs I have ever dealt with and there Website is one big LIE!
