bigalphadogs.com, Big Alpha Dogs, Gorilla Bodybuilding didnt ship an order I payed for! Mystic Connecticut

I placed an order on www.bigalphadogs.com on july 12, everything seemed normal as I recieved an email confirmation of shipment on July 16. after never recieving a usps tracking number that they promised I began sending emails and leaving voicemails with the company pleeding with them to provide a tracking number. With no response or cooperation from www.bigalphadogs, and not recieving the shipment or even a tracking number, it became apparent that they had never shipped the item that they confirmed they had.

I've filed a complaint with the better business burea but there is really no other avenue to fight it. Don't order from this website they will rip you off with no regard. There are plenty of other bodybuilding websites with similar prices that are legit.
