It is worth noting that we work very hard to print, pick, pack, and process your order. We are proud of this, but it means that we are not able to make any changes to your order including changing the delivery address, items, or shipping method.
We do allow one hour after placing your order to cancel or change your order. Because you ordered after business hours, we did make an exception to attempt to change/cancel your order. Unfortunately, given the holiday season we were unable to.
