I placed an order online on a  Sunday night after Fathead closed was closed.  I immediately noticed I had made a mistake, so I called them on Monday morning 7 minutes after they opened and asked for the order to be cancelled and they said they couldn't guarantee a cancellation but they would send an email to their warehouse.  As of 24 hours later they did not cancel the order.

I'm very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. I would be more than happy to see what we can do to rectify this situation for you. You can contact us at 877.328.4323 Monday - Friday from 9:00am- 8:00pm EST. We are also available through email at CustomerService@Fathead.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

It is worth noting that we work very hard to print, pick, pack, and process your order. We are proud of this, but it means that we are not able to make any changes to your order including changing the delivery address, items, or shipping method.

We do allow one hour after placing your order to cancel or change your order. Because you ordered after business hours, we did make an exception to attempt to change/cancel your order. Unfortunately, given the holiday season we were unable to.

Please give us a call, ask for me directly and we will work through a resolution together.
