In addition to his professional scam practices, Rob has also built a reputation for leaving youth sports organizations "high and dry" for sports registration fees.

This past spring he registered a child for participation in the local little league using one of his corporate checks for $85.  He was notified that the check was returned "acct closed" and said there was "a mistake with the bank".  The check was still not recognized after re-deposit and Lamb has yet to make the check good, along with a $25 Return Check Charge.  $110 outstanding to a little league organization.

This past August he committed a child to a traveling baseball team (AAU) requiring a $250 registration fee (for uniform and initial filing fees and tournaments).  An installment plan for the fee was reached, so his child's uniform was issued on good faith that the payment plan would be honored.  After several recent attempts to obtain funds from him, Rob decided his child would no longer participation on team.  The team offered the option of ; 1)either returning the uniform (complete with home/away jerseys, pants, socks, belt, 2 hats and warm up jacket) or 2) reimbursing the team for cost of uniform of $125.  Rob's response was that he felt it would not be fair for child to have to give uniform back, at which we responded that it was given in good faith on payment...payment has yet to be received.  We don't expect payment to come in...NOR SHOULD YOU.  DON'T DO BIZ WITH THIS FIZZ!
