Contacted audiosavings.com several times about a non working DVD player that I have purchased from them. Every time I email them or call always the same story we will email you warranty info and instructions within 24-48 hours and will have you item working like new. Well guess what it has been almost 2 months and and I haven't received any warranty info or instructions to have my item shipped back for warranty repairs.

I feel this company doesn't take care of their customers after the sale is made.
