Dealer Cost Car Audio 5 months and still no speakers or refund. Internet

I have been dealing with Dealer Cost Car Audio for the past 5 months. They have given me nothing but exuses and delays. I ordered 1 subwoofer and 2 sets of speakers for my car. They immediately charged my credit card and set a confirmation with a shipping number. But they did not have the equipment and after 2 weeks I called for an update. They said the subwoofer was on back order and would be in a week or so. 2 weeks later no subwoofer or any of my other order. I gave them another month, still no sub. I asked for them to send the rest of the order put they kept stalling. Then they said they could not get one of the sets of speakers and would upgrade me with something in stock. I said fine and they supposedly but it in. Nothing shipped, more excuses and 2 more months go by. 5 month now - I have asked for a full refund. Do not purchase anything for this company. I would have paid 10 times more if I knew the crap I would have to go thru dealing with thes JackXss company.
