Honestly, never came across a "business" like this before. They have no regards for their customers, and customer service is horrible. They will send you in circles telling you they have your product, than telling you it's out of stock. How do I know this, because I talked to Nader, Robert, and Simon. Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and can care less about their customers. Oh, don't even try calling their customer service phone number, it's a joke. Finally, decided to cancel our order. They will try to tell you I didn't pay for this item. Funds have been taken out, waiting on a refund. Who knows how long that will take...douche bags

That's because...

They have a nice looking website with name brand product. But how do you know it is not some slime bucket working out of the basement of his house with no inventory at all? You see anyone can pay a few thousand bucks (or less if savvy) for an impressive looking website that can give the impression they are a huge successful corporation..when in reality it could be some goober that trans ships or buys off ebay or other auctions and resells..who knows? That is the gamble when you buy on-line.

Now I work for a large corporation and have been in the car audio business for years..so I see this kind of stuff happen every day. Which is why you are better off going into a local retail establishment..so you know who you are dealing with.

If you don't mind the inconvenience of shipping product due to a warranty issue..you are better off using ebay..because there will be a feedback rating and comments..you will know if other customers were given the runaround..or given great service. I once needed a decal for my Jeep and no one had it but one place online. 2 months and nothing..no phone answers etc. I researhced it online and found a ton of people stating this guy is a douche. So you need to research BEFORE you place an order or you may get scammed and screwed around by douches.
