BEWARE - HIFISOUNDCONNECTION.COM WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I ordered a 748BI stereo, they sent a very inferior 745 and told me the cheap unit was the replacement for the 745 they said was discontinnued (it wasn't and they still list it 4 months later). When I said I wanted to return it, they blocked my phone number. They blocked every phone I tried to call from. I contacted Republic Police in Missouri (under their jusisdiction). The next day they sent me an email with an RMA number. I returned the unopened item in all original packaging and have not heard anything from them. They still block my phone calls, do not respond to emails and ignore any attempt to contact them.

It is obvbious they intend to keep the stereo, the money and laugh in your face if you try to resolve the matter with them. Chris Rush and associates intend to take you for anything they can and know you can't do anything to them. They are the lowest form of slime to be found.
