Cycle Vision RX Ripped Off, Poor Customer Service, Lies, etc Milwaukee Wisconsin

I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses from this dealer at a upstate motorcycle show. I bought them on Feb 20, 2009. The Owner took my order and said I would see the glasses in 2-3 weeks. A month went by with no call, no glasses, no nothing. So I called the Company was then informed that they never recieved my prescription from my eye doctor. I contacted my eye doctor and had them re-fax my rx. Another few weeks went by still nothing. I called the company again, this time they stated they still didnt have my rx. I informed them that i have a confirmation fax were it was sent and went through, they said they would look again. Another week went by so i called them again. this time they informed me that they found my rx and was gonna start making they glasses that day. which was march 20th. They gave me a estimate o shipping the order which was a week. after a week passed still no glasses, i called them back being informed that they still havent made them and said they would jump on it.Well after 3 weeks of calling and them giving me excuses. I finally recieved an email tracking and received the glasses. I opened the glasses to find them very unsatisfactory with the wrong rx, and there was also some type of glue residue all over them. I called them explained the situation and was told to mail them back, out of my pocket and they would refund them in full due to all the trouble i had. That was May 1st, I sent them back they received them. I have been calling every day since May 3rd about my Refund which was $139.99. It may not be much to some people but it is to me. Every day i call they give me a new excuse like the guy is out of town, the machine is down, Ill call him he is on the road, we are busy ill call you back and never do. It is very very poor customer service from the start. All i want is my refund and For me working in Customer Service all my life, I have been very very patient with them, which is hard to do. This is the worst Company Ever.
