DecorMyEyes.com Paid for 3-day shipping on June 8th and still have not received my order on June 22nd Brooklyn New York

On June 8th I went to DecorMyEyes.com and ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses for my son whose birthday was on June 12th. I purchased the sunglasses, an extended warranty, shipping insurance and 3-day shipping on June 8th. I paid through my PayPal account and the transaction cleared on June 9th. They had their money.

On June 11th, I phoned the Customer Service department and the person there said they would have the manager call me. I never received a call. On June 12th, I e-mailed them to find out where the glasses were. They didn't know anything about my order! I had the transaction number and they found the order. I told them to just give me a refund.

On June 17th I had still not received the glasses or a refund. They replied that there would be 20% cancellation fee. I told them that was unacceptable. I emailed them that I wanted a 100% refund and that I wanted that money back in my account immediately.

On June 18th I received an e-mail that "the Frame ships tomorrow as we ordered it from OAKLEY". Again I replied that I wanted a refund. This was the reply I received: "If you don't want it simply send it back once its here.
I already paid my vendor in Australia.. I will gladly refund your shipping costs"

Today, June 22nd I e-mailed that I wanted to know where the glasses were. I told them I wanted a refund of the $15 3-day shipping fee and the warranty of $9.95. I also asked when they were scheduled to arrive - wanted to know the tracking number. I then received the following e-mail:
"I am not in the office now. I am home its 10pm. We will deal with this tomorrow email me during regular business hours."

Well, so far after contacting the company now three times, I found out that this person is the owner of this company.

I can't get the sunglasses; can't get a refund of any or all of my payment.

If someone can help with this, please let me know! I am new to this website but I plan to contact the BBB also and anyone else that will help me get this resolved. I don't normally pay nearly $140 for sunglasses and I won't be doing it again any time soon!
