This was the most blatant form of simply taking my money. I "ordered" a pair of sunglasses from their website and paid for them using paypal. A few days later, I received an email from them telling me that they no longer have that item, and that I can either get store credit or a refund.

Since I didn't want any other pairs, I opted for the refund. They promptly got back to me and let me know that the money would be refunded. And of course, I still have not received it, even though it has been about half a year since the promise.

My emails to them have either gone ignored or were answered with a "I'm sorry, your info will be forwarded to the accounting department to process the refund." A complaint with the Better Business Bureau has gone unanswered by them. These are criminals and have do not have a legitimate business.
