I purchase two pairs of sunglasses.  They came promptly but I decided that I did not like one pair and subsequently wanted to do an exchange.  I followed their instructions and received an email stating that I would get an RMA emailed to me within 2 business days.  I have contacted them several times to followup but they do not respond and I have never received the promised RMA.  The stupidest thing is that I want to exchange for a more expensive pair of sunglassed but apparently that doesn't motivate them.

There is no phone number to call.

Do not do business with this company!
