I went online and ordered two trial sized bottles, one was Colotox, and the other was Acai Berry. They were priced $1.00 and $6.95 respectively. My first order came and in addition to the trial size bottle of Colotox I received Hoodia gum and water. I was charged $40.00 for these two items I didn't even order.

When I opened my first package, I thought they had sent me two free items, I didn't even take anything out because I was busy at the time and didn't look at the paperwork til much later, and realized what had happened. In the interim, over a period of about three months I had three deaths in my family.

I kept receiving more packages of unordered items, but I was still grieving at this time, and it was the last thing I had on my mind during that time. When I finally called the company to get a refund, I was denied, because I went past the 30-day refund policy. I then asked to speak with the supervisor, and she was rude and talked over me almost the whole conversation.

I told her that I was a reasonably intelligent woman, of 52 years, and I only ordered two trial sized bottles. She told me that once I ordered these things I was automatically signed up for their "lifetime" program. She wouldn't budge, and I hung up; here I am, ripped off and pissed off.

Please tell everyone you know about this, and save yourself from this and other companies alike. God Bless.
