Fulfillment is in need of a detoxing colon cleanse!! Davie Florida

I received an email advertising a "free" 14 day trial of Colon Smart. After trying the product, I was not interested in receiving the monthly shipments so, as directed, I called the number to cancel any futures shipments.

I was directed to a web site that asked me for my first and last name and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to order the sample. I did this, submitted it, and also sent an email just to ensure that they would know my desire to cancel. My email program allows me to print out confirmations when the email is delivered and I have that printed confirmation with me.

Well, sure enough, I receive a shipment. I called them and miraculously enough, they have NO RECORD of any correspondence from me. They told me that I did not cancel. I told them that I did what the phone recording told me to do and sent an email in addition which, by the way, I have a confirmation for.

They then told me to ship it back and call them with a tracking number and they would credit my account. I did what they said and spent 13.00 to ship it in order to get a tracking number and now they are telling me that my account will be credited in 3-5 days!!! WHAT!!!!

So now I am out the 13.00 shipping fee that I had to pay, plus the amount of time and energy that I have had to spend trying to rectify THEIR wrong doing.
