I signed up for membership to this website based on the testimonial of the founder "Kimmer". She has claimed to have lost 198lbs in 11 months and KEPT IT OFF for 5 years. The before and after pictures she used at the time were believable. At the time I joined I was also promised and e-book that was to be in the works. I had signed up in June of 2006 and by November, I noticed the e-book was no longer being offered as part of the membership.

I emailed "Kimmer" and was assured it was in the works and I would be the first to know when it came out. When it finally did, it ended up being nothing more than a 1 page "ad" promoting the diet. Plus, I never personally received it as promised.

Since I was hoping the maintenance would be more fully explained in the e-book I was waiting for that to insure it would be something I could stick with before actually starting the diet.

Well, as time went it was discovered that "Kimmer" is actually one Heidi Diez, a morbidly obese woman, who seems to take pleasure in mocking her site members who have trouble following her diet (which she apparently doesn't follow either). When the "truth" was finally admitted to by her PR person and her on website, I asked what credibility she had to give advice on maintenance when she obviously wasn't able to do it herself. After a few back and forth posts with her supporters I was banned for a TOS violation. There was no warning, no explanation of what exactly I had violated, no opportunity to back track if I has mis-spoke. To top it off there was no TOS in existance when I joined so my LIFETIME membership was not defendant on my agreeing to such.

So just know, the diet may work, but only if you follow as written, but at that point you are starving and may be damaging your metabolism, so that when you go off KK's you will gain the weight back and have a harder time getting it off. There are plenty of weightloss forums out there that are free and give lost of support and advice. Don't waste your money on someone who is just scamming you. Since her "confession" she is on her forums asking for support to help her lose the weight, acting like a newbie who doesn't know anything. So if you want to pay to help "Kimmer" lose weight you've been warned.
