I had cancelled my daughters order over a month ago (copies of email confirmations enclosed). I am refusing this and all future orders from you. Please credit my credit card for a refund immediately! I have since found out your company is a scam and am forwarding this information to the Rip Off Report and the Better Business Bureau.
