Shapely Secrets/ Greer Childer I ordered Shapely Secrets from infomercial onTV. Initial chg. $100.84(should have been $40.00+S&H),Have since been charged twice for PILLS I DID NOT ORDER since,total$26.98+$19.99. Chino-California

On 7-5-07 I ordered Shapely Secrets off TV infomercial- price should have been $49.99 +S&H. A total charge to my credit card of $100.84 was made on my account, TWICE the amount it should have been. I called customer service immediately, & was told they were sending the whole kit ( had not even received it yet). Left it go, but told them under no other circumstances were they to charge my credit card any more!!

On 8-6-07, I was charged another $26.98 for supposed pills, as I once again called customer service, I told them I was returning them (Marked return to sender) as I did NOT open package, and expected a full refund- I was told I would only receive a refund for pills excluding S&H.

Well, today is 9-6-07, and no refund but another charge of $19.99 placed on my credit card AGAIN!! I called bank and having to file a dispute, stop current card and wait for reissued one!!! I called customer service again, asking for supervisor, Michael (wouldn't give his last name) stated the extra $19.99 is for 2nd half of charge for PILLS I already returned 3 weeks earlier!! I repeatedly explained the pills were returned, asked to take off the $19.99 and send my REFUND from the prior $26.98 from 8-6-07.

He refused, stating it takes 2-4 weeks to receive the pills back, and as of yet they do not have them listed in their system, even though he could see on their computer the number of times I called, that pills were returned 3 weeks ago, and that once AGAIN they DID NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to place anything more on my credit card!!! A LAWSUIT SHOULD BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY!! I'm ck'g on it!

I am on a limited income and ordered DVD's only for my 14 yr old daughter-who does not need pills!! Just toned up! Has anyone else noticed how good Greer Childer looks after ripping off all these consumers??! I will be filing with Better Business Bureau in my state. There has to be more unhappy consumers who have had their money STOLEN by this company!! Buyers Beware!!
