The Rush Fitness Complex in Chattanooga, TN Cheated me out of over $100 and keep getting the run around instead of actual help Hixson, Tennessee

It has been six months since the Rush Fitness Complex took over one hundred extra dollars out of my account. I have went to the store to talk to them over a dozen times, I have called the number that they gave me about once a week for the last six months, and I have emailed the email they gave me at least every other week, but to no avail every time that I do I never have any response.  This to me is the same as if they stole the money from me, and I do hold a grudje and will never do business with them again and neither will most of the people I know (did I mention that I am in their Target age range).  SO, even though they stole the money from me it doesn't bother me because I will cost them much more than they have costed me by spreading the good fortune of their unethical practices to all my friends.  I would suggest that nobody use these people.  However, there was one time that I got through the phone maze, when I did I explained the cituation to the lady on the other end, and she said "I can't deal with this matter let me send you to my supervisor" then the supervisor didn't answer I left a message and it has been four months and I haven't heard from her.
