I ordered a "free" tube (3oz.) of Myomed Pain Relief cream in March of this year. I was to pay shipping and handling. About 10 days later I received 3 tiny sample packets of the cream. I was billed $66.90 plus $3.97 (S&H). I tried to contact customer service to no avail, to advise them of the mistake. The phone number listed (888-289-8740) was a recorded message referring the caller to the website-www.gohelpnow.com.

I immediately cancelled the order and sent a email requesting a refund. I never got a response or refund. My CC has been charged $4.95 every month under several different names with the same phone number next to it.
Apparently, this company operates under at least 66 different domain names!

If, like me, you have been victimized by this unscrupulous company, file a complaint with the Attorney General in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. You might also file a report with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Go to Help For Victims.

Oh and by the way....the canned response or rebuttal from the "company" is a joke.

We appreciate forums and boards that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. We offer a tremendously healthy product, in a trial size, at a greatly reduced price, in order to allow more people an opportunity to try our healthy product that would otherwise never had had the chance. In doing so, our intent is that when an individual tries our sample, they can make a decision as to whether or not they would like to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. If they choose they no longer want the product, no problem, all they have to do is go to the web address on the bottle (www.gohelpnow.com) and simply cancel the product. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.
