La Tan Charged me for 3 months of tanning and then turned me over to collections. Round Lake Illinois

I paid for 3 months of tanning upfront and went for only two (which can be traced in their computer system).

Several months later a manager called me saying i owe $200.00, explained and she said she would take care of it.

Same thing happened again and same result.

Months later i received a letter from clainms/credit management stating i owe the money. I called La tan and a girl named Haley verified that i had only gone for 2 months and paid for 3, now they are charging me for an additional 9 some odd months!!!!

She emailed the owner (Nicash i think, who is never around) he said i would have to pay the money. Now i am at a loss, with no record of a contract being signed.
