Lewies Tanning Products AKA Lewistanning.com AKA Tanning Enterprises The tanning lotion that I ordered was not what was in the bottles. It had the right label but NOT the right lotion Clinton Iowa

I ordered 3 bottles of SHO Absolute Dark tanning lotion from Lewies Tanning Products on line. I recieved them but it was not the right lotion in the bottles. However it was the correct label on the bottle. I know this because I have used this exact lotion for at least 3 years now. Lewies Tanning told me that they would not take it back because the was what I ordered. I even went as far as contacting the company that makes and distributes the lotion and they stated that by what I was describing to them was it in fact NOT the SHO Absolute Dark lotion. This company mailed me a letter stating this. I took the lotion to a well know tanning salon in my area and they too gave me a written, notorized statement stating that it was not SHO Absolute Dark tanning lotion. The lotion was different in color and fragrance. I sent all of the information along with the bottles of whatever kind of lotion it was back to Lewis tanning. They did refund me for the lotion but I ended up paying a total of almost $25.00 for shipping from them and to them. I could have bought a bottle a a near by tanning salon for around $ 45.00. In Lewies return policy it states if they send you the wrong stuff they will pay for the shipping...well they didn't and I still have to go out and by tanning lotion. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but of course Lewies tanning just plain out lied to them about it so my case was closed. Don't order from them because you will probably not get the right lotion in the bottle.
