Very simple issue about this tanning salon.
My girlfriend (Stacey Fey) and I were told by a girl working on 8/18 having black hair, that we could share minutes purchased by Stacey Fey, and that we would just have to wait to take turns to go tanning. A second girl arrived and the story changed, she said we could not use minutes from the same account, contrary to what we had been told. I immediately had an issue because the minutes were purchased by Stacey Fey for the sole purpose of us sharing them. Furthermore we have traveled from Miami, and were headed back down to the USA in a matter of hours, so unless we shared the minutes there would be no way we could make use of the services we had paid for. We had also purchased a more expensive version of the minutes.
I then asked for a refund, since obviously we could not use the service and we had been falsely advertised to. The second girl (having blonde hair) called the manager who had a very foul attitude with me, telling me to take my money elsewhere. She refused to refund my/our money and after my continued demand to have the money refunded, she started hurling insults which are not worth repeating.
Not only was I lied to, I was insulted and my money stolen. This is outrageous. What manager would not be happy enough to just make an exception and refund? What recourse do I have?
