Hello, my name is Desiree Eisenbarth.
We recently let go a tattoo artist for his unprofessional behavior and he has sought out to try to destroy our reputation. First this is not a "Consumer Report" it is merely a civil issue between a shop owner and an artist that could not get along with the rest of the shop nor the owner and was asked to leave.

In his report he falsely accused me of not having sterilization equipment. I do not need the equipment at this point because all the artists use disposable items while they are tattooing. I will list the Riverside County Inspectors info at the end of this letter for you to confirm.

I am not under investigation for disability insurance fraud, that is also untrue. I am at the end of my claim and can choose to be retrained for another job or start my own business and that is what I have done.

I have not committed any law violations. I have never employed a person. Everyone in this shop is either Private Contractors or are Interns learning the business. I have documentation to prove this.

We do not have multiple complaints with the city nor the health department. We would like to see documentation of this. The only complaints that may have gone through these two entities are these malicious false allegations from Sheldon Noah / (Unidentified person) At this point this is the first of this we have heard of this.

All tattoo artist has had their licenses/permits for this shop form the Riverside County Health Department. Please come in and see, they are hanging on the wall at each artists station. Actually in response to Desiree I did not list these allegations on this website. I do have a civil suit pending against Desiree Eisenbarth but had nothing to do with this posting.

- It does appear that the owner saw this, and hopefully they are smart enough to bring this "report" into court. If they do and your claims are false you could be in some legal trouble yourself.

Sheldon states that it is not he that is posting these false allegations. His phone number is on some statements, LUCKYSTATTOOS are on some and SHELDON N. are on others.

Sheldon if you dislike the Velvet Vault so much because they canned you (fact), why do you call yourself, Sheldon the OG Vault Tattooer? I would think if the shop is so bad you would not want to associate yourself with that shop. You keep slamming the shop with your LIES because your ego got bent....every time you do that you just make yourself look like an ass. You claim that the shop hires unlicensed tattoo artist, well if you're the OG Vault tattooer, are you saying you have no license? You say that they have numerous complaints from the health department. (Where is your proof) Were these complaints because of the OG Vault Tattooer? Every time I read one of your little rants, I laugh at how stupid you sound. You try and make it sound like different people are leaving messages on other message boards but you're not even smart enough to use a different computer each time so the same IP address gets left under your fictitious names.

For anyone who reads Sheldon's lies and stupid rants…..please be smart enough to check out the shop with your own two eyes before you make up your mind to believe his crap! I have and that is why I know he is just a little boy with a bruised ego.

You were only there tattooing for what.....a week? and 2 tattoos only, ONLY 2 TATTOOS! Who by the way were friends of yours, a married couple, not walk ins who like "your work" from "your portfolio". I would never get a tattoo from someone who steals art and calls it his own. If you were at that shop for 5+ years I could understand a few rants about it. Sheldon you were there for a week or 2, WOW. No right to complain, Be a big boy and move on.

All you've done since is whine on any site you can think of, lying on almost every one even pretending to be other people (actually that was hilarious, thank you for that entertainment and proof of how stupid you are), getting your little friends to lower themselves to your level and do your childish dirty work, and then add the shop number to every website survey you can get your chubby hands on..Very mature *claps*
