All Star Limo - US Limo, Limo broke down first 15 mins. Arrived late to destination in VANS, charged full amount Newport Beach California

RE: All Star Limo, Newport Beach also doing business under US limo. The limo broke down in the first 15 mins of the trip on the 805. The axel broke or the wheel came off. The company never returned numerous calls from frantic parents wondering if our children were safe. The kids were calling us to tell us that CHP was re- routing traffic around them. Not even the driver would return our calls.

The company eventually got the kids to the dance late and in dirty VANS. These kids rented tuxes and paid for tickets. No one ever gave us any information as to what had happened and what were amicable solutions. They told the chaperone to take one of their smaller limos and made the kids who were having a good time leave the formal dance over an hour early.

We as parents would have picked up our kids if given the option and told what was going on We never got any information from the company till our kids were headed home well before the dance was over. A lot of the kids would have stayed. They spent very little time at the dance. We did not get to use the 12-14 person limo I booked.

When All star limo finally picked up their phone the person on the line was really rude. The person on the phone would not give their name; finally after 15 mins he said his name was "jose". I think it could have been Michael Walstrom the owner of All Star limo of Newport beach. They also get business under different names and numbers; like US limo. Beware if you get the recording "Thank you for calling the finest limousine service available" All Star Limo has not refunded any money. Don't let them ruin your next event.
