Horrible Experience. Overpriced & Rude. The small bus shuttle was dirty, smelly and extremely outdated. The owner was a total jerk. This was my first time using them and will never again. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

From a former vendor who had a dispute with the Grapeline that was not resolved favorably for the vendor.  For real reviews, look to major online review sites like Yelp.com or TripAdvisor.com and read reviews from Elite members.  You will see that The Grapeline is among the highest rated attractions in all the locations it operates.  It is easy to post bogus reviews like this one, but not easy to become an Elite because you must post a large volume of reviews about multiple companies, which is too time consuming for fake posters.
