My answer for this post is quiet simple, you asked for that guide, you haven't tried to learn their lessons, took the test but you failed then demand for return the money and after getting the money you are now making so many excuses. Is this the way you treat your TUTOR!!!!!!!!!!

As we all can see you have said it has a lack of major areas of the test  that means you have appeared on the test then we can see you demand the money back from the company.It pretty obvious that you took the advantage of that study guide.

Maybe you have been passed on CSET exam, now you demand for money.As you dont need of it anymore.

Please, rise your humor. The company is so loyal that it returns your money without any excuses. At least they deserve a thank you note from you.   

If you were unsatisfied with the product and received a refund then why take the time to file a report and mess up their reputation? They returned your money so leave it at that!

They help many customers pass their tests so it is totally invalid to say that the guide you received was "completely worthless" No company can survive by selling "completely worthless" materials, so you are insinuating that the positive testimonials by people are all lying because the guides helped them. This is totally unnecessary when you have already received a refund, so stop being rude.
