purchased a tool from ace industrial supply after they called and talked us into it, but when it arrived it was the wrong one and started to fall apart after the first and only use. called back many times and they kept re routing us to a different person or would say they would have their supervisor call back, which never happened. i actually talked to a guy named greg, who claims he is the manager and he says their policy is no refunds, only store credit, which i didn't buy.

i finally got through to a man named jerome, who was very polite and concerned, meaning he is probably new and doesn't have much knowlege of all the crap this company pulls. jerome promises to work with me until i get my money back, telling me that ups will pick up the tool and he'll see to it that i get a refund. but im concerned that they'll get the tool back and ill never see my money. i told jerome of my concerns, and he gave me his extension number to call him any time i have a concern and even recommended i not talk to any one else, not even the manager. so maybe he is catching on that ace industrial rips people off? i hope so! any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update: this guy Jerome ive been talking to has been very helpful and we received a refund in the mail today, even though his manager told me it wasnt possible! So call Jerome if you have problems with this dicey company, he will help you out!

We actually got a refund in the mail and the check cleared, which amazes me after reading everyone elses bad deals. So call them and talk to Jerome, ext. 1116. He will help you out!
