Ace Industries is a scam they! I bought several huundred dollars in tools from them for a agreed amount then when the bill shows up it is more than double and the shipping charges are astronomical! The rachet straps that they sell posing a 1 ton rating were used to strap my brand new motorcycle in a truck and all 4 straps broke and my bike went flying out of the truck and was toatled! the next time they called me for a sale I told them what happend and told them not to call anymore, now they are calling me at all hours of the night about 6 times per day and hanging up some of the time! the seasoned sales people give the new sales people my number to harasse me because they don't have a clue what they are in for and it is a joke at our exspense.

i also bought a faulty tool and am in the process of trying to get my money back but i WONT give up! you shouldnt either, especially with all the money you've lost. i would threaten a lawsuit if they don't cover all your costs and go through with the lawsuit. these people are scumbags and need a kick in the rearend for screwing so many people over. however, one person, and the only person that seemed to care says he'll work with me till i get my money back. his name is jerome and his extension is 1116. seems like a decent guy.
