These idiots called me a million times to buy some cheap crap they assured me was USA made and contractor quality..to get these fools off my back I finally said fine to the guy Rick who was pestering me. You think the USA would knock out the garbage they sent me? Hell no! So I already know I'm in no way gonna pay for this useless cheap crap and wait for them to send me the bill.

The "invoice" they sent me was another consumer scam. I of course was sold the blades without any shipping etc...lo & behold at the bottom of the bill in miniscule type is a 28% load of charges slapped on to the product cost.

So now my 199.99 import crap blades are $255.99. You ought to see the size of the print these thieves use on the bill...you'd be hard pressed to find this with a freakin magnifying glass. Cute. Rip off artists indeed.

I call the office to get this shit picked up and get the run around from their voicemail system. Takes 10 mins to get some dipshit on the horn only to hear him say in his highly broken english that he "don't know what I talk about" ???? He transfers me to 3 different depts where all these people claim they can't help me...don't know my salesman....can't look it up etc.

F*****g great customer service Ace! Then I get this credit mngr clown who says if my salesman ripped me off it's my problem for verifying the order. I told him not once during my verification call from a "nino"? was I told the blades were China made and also WAS told no frght. He hung up on me.

What a joke this group of pricks are...rude, useless, cheap import tools, the run-around and so Ace Industrial, I will be keeping your blades and using them as toothpicks while I rtn your original box with a pile of dog shit in it. There's no difference between what you sent me and that, so up yours.
