Ameri-Source Publications ripoff, called to verfy our company information and then sent us an invoice Champlain New York

This company called to verfy our company information with the secretary. Was told we did not wanted to be listed in anything and then received an invoice a week later for 299.95 for 2 years of listing. We tried to call their toll free number time after time and it said the same every time, that all reps were busy with other customers and to hold there would be more than a 5 min. wait and you could leave your call back number, then when you choose to do that, it says that the message center for that person is full and push *o and get another extention and it says the same thing. This happen to us with another secretary several years ago and they bugged us to death. This company needs to be stopped some way. We have mailed a letter telling them we will not pay the invoice and if they continue to bill us then we will notify the Better Business Bureau in New York.
