American Values and Utalk Unlimited have both charged my checking account without approval from me, American Values charged my account $121.95 and Utalk Unlimited charged my account $141.95 and again another $39.95.

I have called numerous times to get my money back plus overdraft charges, each time I have called I was assured that the money was going to be mailed to me in about a week. I have never received a refund.

Each time I called I was told they had to mail me a check and it would take a while because they had several people that were calling for the same reason. If this is happening to so many people, why are these companies still in business.

This is quite a scam.

Robin has pending refunds for the membership fees assesed

Robin was contacted by our contract telemarketers on 11/30/03. The order portion of her sales call was forwarded to our third party verfication on 12/01/03. This recording is used to verify the customers information, the terms and conditions, and their acceptance and is available for her to review by contacting our customer service.

As she has also been advised, Robin has pending refunds for the membership fees assesed. These refund checks will process and be sent to the address we have on file.
