After a misrepresented call about fraudulent activity on my checking account, they duped my wife into agreeing to have this resolved for a fee. The "scam" was merely scaring the hell out of unsuspecting people to get a membership fee direct debited under the pretense of "securing" any money lost. In most cases this "lost money" does not exist.

They used the name of our banker in the coversation to make it sound ligitimate. How they got our banking details remains a mystery. Obviously they denied all this when I called for the cancellation and refund.

Needless to say, the morons called me again offering the same service and this time they acutually got upset when I asked for verification that my bankers had given them the "frauduent" informatiom. What they failed to discover is that I work for the bank concerned!!!

After numerous calls which led to nothing and me faxing them their "refund form" on 02/06/2007, still no refund. I then attempted to contact Ari Tietleman as he promises refunds with no questions asked??? Imagine my surprise when I received a call from "Ari" apologising, saying he was off sick, and that a refund will be done immediately. That was 04/19/2007. He would even fax me a copy of the refund check.

Needless to say nothing happened and I called with no reply until 04/27/2007 when he answered the phone!!!. Once again apologised and that they had changed banks to HSBC and that he would personally do the check # 1004 and send it to me. Postal address was confirmed and guess what, no check yet, 05/04/2007.

If Ari had any decency he would resolve these issue like a good businessman should and not hide behind a pack of lies which now includes him. Please stay away from this company at all cost as they cannot be trusted.

Recovery Scams. If you buy into any of the above scams, you're likely to be called again by someone promising to get your money back. Be careful not to lose more money to this common practice. Even law enforcement officials can't guarantee they'll recover your money.

After filing the report I received a call from Ari stating that a refund check had been issued. Today I received that refund check. Anybody who has a problem with Banksafe should attempt to contact Ari directly as no one else in the company can help you.

Hi Peter,

Just wanted to thank you for your honesty and update on my integrity, I am happy the matter is resolved, but I do have many supervisors and staff to handle such requests. If a client requests a refund after the trial period window expires, it may sometimes take longer to have billing approve the refund, as the reason for cancellation is often more highly scrutinized. But if a client can proove that they were misled, I will automatically handle the matter myself, and see to to it that the marketing group is cut from selling our program and tarnishing my name. That is exactly what I have done in your case. I do not need the bad publicity. I often refer many of my clients to this site as well to file reports on real fraud and/or investigate companies they have questions about. You can imagine how I feel when they come across negative information about Banksafe USA. Once again, I thank you for your reply.
