BankSafe 2nd report - after talking to company head, still no staisfaction internet Nationwide

I sent a rip-off report earlier and received a call from Ari Teitlman, the owner of Banksafe on 6/7/07. He told me he had my check and verified my address. I requested that he send it Fed-Ex and he replied that he would call me back in one hour with tracking number. It has been a week and I have not received either my $395 check or any further communications from Ari or any of his employees.
If I call, I get sent to a full voicemail box and am disconnected, or I get a message in French that I don't understand and get disconnected. If I actually do get thru to Ari's voicemail, I leave a message and it is never returned.
I found this to be true when I contacted the company itself. I would get put on hold and disconnected, leave a message and never get a return call.
This is without a doubt the worst company to do business with and quite obviously is in the business of ripping off people.

I have tried getting my $395.00 refund from Banksafe since 4/16/07. I have been told I would get it in May. They then told me it wasn't processed because they were changing banks but I would get it in the June refunds.
I received a phone call from Ari who stated he had my check direcrtly in front of him, but I never received it.
I received a call in late June saying I would get the refund in the July refunds. Still no refund.
Now when I call the phone numbers I have, I get told all their voicemails are full and disconnect, this indluces Ari's number who also sometimes leaves a message in what I assume to be French.
Come on Ari, be a good businessman and send me my refund. Also get your workers to answer their phones, not fill up their voivemails, not return calls, and not disconnect. Extremely poor business practice.
