Billing Concepts, ESBI, USBI, ZPDI, OAN, HPS, Anabill, Orbit Telecom, Mainstreet, Phone Slamming Cramming scam. San Antonio Texas

If you have been billed by any of these ESBI, USBI, ZPDI etc you have been what is called Slamming or Jamming. This is a phone/internet scam that signs you up for services that you most likely did not ask for. This company and its psuedo companies use Internet Pop up or Phone solicitation under the guise of a Free Survey. Mainly stating you have won something.

Warning you will never see the prize only the bill.

DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS.

Report them to the FTC and your STATE Attornies office. Tell your phone carrier to remove the charges from the bill. Be Dillegent in this. Your phone company must remove the charges from 3rd party companies apon your request.

Also call your local BBB and then finally call them. Tell them you have filed legal action against them. Stay on the line with thier 1-800 # as long as possible as min costs them more money. I know that sounds wrong but its like taping a brick to junk mail and marking it return to sender.

NEVER PAY THEM

They have used tactics and have even billed for services when somebody else gave them your telephone # or ISP. I know.

My full story:

I was billed by ISBI and USBI for services (I still dont even know what the services where) when a 3rd party person out of spite gave them my telephone # and said sign them up.

(Criminal charges in the state of colorado are being investigated against all parties at this time I will update later on this)

Billing Concepts aka ISBI aka USBI claims to have no fault in this. They also have tried to claim that becuase someone else signed me up for thier services I still have to pay for them. In Colorado thats Consumer Fraud and comes will criminal and civil penalties.

I have Contacted both the FTC and my State District attorny. The investigation starts.
