Cal-pacific Products Inc Ace Industrial Supply, Cal-pacific says they sent me products bills me for them then says if i dont pay they will send me to collection Burbank California

cal-pacific calls me up saying I ordered some stuff from them and need to pay, I call back saying I haven't recieved any product. This guy named daryl says he'll check into it. He calls back and says ups said they delivered the package. This daryl guy says that the order has been delivered and if I don't pay that he's gonna send it to collections and that I am possesion of stolen property and thats a felony.

I told him again that I didn't get anything and I'm not paying for something I don't have. Three weeks later I get a collection notice from D&B collection service out of Chatsworth Cal. for $540.87. What a rip off I'm not paying a cent!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are high pressure salesman are rude have O customer service don't know who said what who ordered what or whos doing what. It's a huge rip off organization with ten different names. They need to be shut down now. Do not even talk to these idiots on the phone.
