Clout Visa Clout got me too ripoff Madison Wisonsin

I to recieved a phone call from clout visa. It was on a sunday i had just gotten home from church and i recieved a call from a gentleman in regards to college tuition and paying for the college tuition. he asked me would i be interested in applying for a loan, reluctantly i said i dont know.

Not to long after hearing the details i recieved a card in the mail a whole 3 weeks after it was suppose to be sent out, and used it for a online purchase. i begin to feel a uneasy way about having the card activated. so i decided to turn it off, but realizing i would need it again i reactivated the card. after a withdrawl of 120 dollars, i recieved an invoice stating that i had overdrawn my account and had owed clout an amout of 179 dollars. i said to my self huh!? how can i can owe 179 and i only withdrew 120.

well come to find out clout had some hidden fees i didnt know about, 5.00 for pin code resetting,10.00 for account assistance, and additional charges for cash withdrawl advance and other things. so i said ok i made the bill ill pay it and get it out the way. well it wasnt that easy, once i paid the bill and couldnt keep up with the payments, the bills got higher and higher and higher to the point where i owed clout visa a outstanding amount of 757.00 on a credit card with a spending limit of 150-200.

I just recently paid off the amount with a settlement with clout. But in the process of the settlement i spoke with a representative from clout visa and was told i agreed to the high interest rates clout was charging me to. any smart person in there right mind isnt going to go with the high interest rates so i knew it was a lie.
