CMS Consolidated Media Services Magazine subscription, Sent the wrong mags, three months later charges adding up to exorbant fees ripof Atlanta Ga Georgia

In August I got "the call" and was told I would get three magazines for the price of one, and an introduction package including the free watch. all I had to do was pay for the one magazine. They charged me for three months before I realized who it was charging me and I had not recieved any of the magazines.

So I cancelled the charges and they started to call. I told them they did not send the mags yet and that I never got the introduction package and free watch, they said they would send it right out. The next month they called again requesting their payment and I stated firmly they would get nothing until I recived the magazines, The next month I started reciving nudey magazines and others that I never in a million years would accept and then they called and asked for their money, I told them they were not getting a dime until they met their end of the deal.

I still to this date do not have my intro package and I still will refuse to pay, they can do what they want to my credit, I will not pay them, and I will write a letter to adjoin my credit report detailing why I did not pay them.
