Consolidated Media Services ripoff tricked and lied to us consumers fraid scam Atlanta Georgia

I was called by a telemarketer on September 25th,by a person named "Bill" selling me magazines I agreed to pay 49.99 a month for 12 months and get 5 magazines for 4 years but they have already charged my bank accout 49.99 even after I told them I did not have the funds available until the 4th of October.

If this charge goes thru it will overdraft me and i will have to pay a charge of 30 or 32.00 for each overdraft. I called the bank and cannot stop this pending charge but informed them if they did send the harge through or if it didnt go away within 4 dys I will be filing a fraud report with them immediatly. I am on disability and on a limitied income and I can afford the promised charges but WILL NOT be ripped off and any other charges taken from my account will be reportted as fraud and Ill have to change my account.

I already know the district atttorrney in Phoenix as I am filing a discrimination suit against a handicapped person here so I am armed and dangerous in the legal department.
