Consumer Reward Network, Health Network USA ripoff, fraud, dishonest, stolen money Cnoga Park California

I was contacted by a very nice person by the name of Gil Ambrose and told for $4.95 I would be sent information to review for Health Network USA and a $500 shopping spree. Because I am a singe parent of 3 and with Christmas coming up, I took her up on her offer to review the material with the understanding that within 10 days I could cancel and not be charged further. I never received the material, I tried to call the 800# I was given and it was no longer in service. After 30 days my checking account was billed for $129.95 which caused a overdraft and additional bank fees. Upon receiving notification in the mail from the bank regarding the overdraft, I called the 800 # on the bank draft only to be told all they would do is cancel the membership. I was told they would send out another packet of information and that I could still use the $500 dollar shopping spree. That was over a week ago and still I have nothing to show for the $150.00 I have lost do to this scam.
