Consumer Reward Network, Mega Movie Club, House Network Unlimited ripoff Nationwide

I was called on 10/20/05 by Consumer Reward Network and told that it was their 50th anniversary and I was chosen to win a $500 shopping spree. The only thing I had to do was pay a $4.95 shipping and handling charge. They told me that my account would not be charged until I had started using my gift card. I had ten days to start using it once I received it. When they I asked me for my account number I told them no I would not give that information over the phone and the man started yelling at me saying that I give that information out everyday just by writing checks and handing them to the person at the counter. I hung up on him and he called me back. He continued to try and convince me that I was throwing money out the window and that I was stupid for not giving him $4.95 so I could get $500!!! After looking at the reports on line I am glad that I did not give them my information. Someone should do something about this!!
