I also am a victim of CONSUMER REWARD NETWORK !!!!

This company should be liable for their actions of RIPPING-OFF people. They pretend to be a respectable company but THEY ARE NOT !!!

I received a call in July wanting me to take and look over some information pamplets and I would receive FREE coupons worth $500 (that I could use at local merchants) at no risk. All I had to do was pay S/H of $4.95(one time only fee).

Well I told them I was not interested, but they persisted to let them continue, I hung up and THEY CALL RIGHT BACK !!! saying "we must have gotten disconnected".
Needless to say, they called back THREE days in a row hounding me into receiving this offer, sadly enough I agreed.

Not only did they charge $4.95 for two different things, I thought I had 30 days to look it over and decide if I wanted it or not, once I received it. But they never sent any package!!!! They also debited $129.90 from my checking acct. 10 days later from the first debit.

When I called to demand a refund and to complaint that I never received anything from them, they told me that I did. I demanded for a refund again, so they sent me a check authorization form I had to fill out and returnand I did, on AUG. 30th. They acknowledged receiving it on Sept. 6th and that I would receive my refund in 10 to 14 BUSINESS days.

I have been calling them for the past 2 months asking why I haven't gotten my refund yet, they tell me that it was approved for the check to be processed but has not been cut yet. And there would be an internal investigation to find out why it hasn't been sent out and all I get is, "it will be 10 to 14 BUSINESS days to receive it." I'M STILL WAITING !!!!!!!!!!

I am a single Mom and my money is precious to me and my kids. So company's like this one should be held countable for their actions and not allowed to have a license to be open!!!!!!
