This company uses telemarketers to contact people anywhere! They represent Family Fun Pass; 1/2 Price TV and Star Communications.

This company offers numerous items including but not limited to: $500 in shopping vouchers to Wal-Mart, Free 19" colored TV's and such to get people to try the above products. All this for only $4.95 S&H. Then upon receipts of materials that tell you about the various offers you have 10 days to cancel or be charged exhorbitant amounts that they deduct from your checking account and/or credit card.

However, they immediately charge against which ever account you use not only the $4.95 that you authorize, but also an additional $4.95 and $119.90. Then they continue to take these amounts out of your account or charge against your credit card until you find out and file with your bank or credit card company to stop them.

When you call to cancel the services, because you find out that the charge for such services is far more than what they would be saving you, they will give you a confirmation number and tell you that you should receive a refund in 2-3 weeks. However, this refund never comes.

I have been dealing with this company now tryint to get my refund since August 2005. I have made many phone calls, sent a certified letter with return confirmation of receipt of letter and still have not yet receive the money they owe me!!!
