Consumer Reward Network Unauthorized charges ripoff Canoga Park California

Consumer Reward Network called on 9/2/05 offering a $500 gift for trying their product/services. I was told I would only have to pay $4.95 shipping charges and no other charges would be made to my account until I received the package.

I authorized shipping charges of $4.95 and gave my checking account info. I was assured I would not be charged any further fees until the package comes, at which time I would sign for the delivery. I was told I had within ten days of receiving the package to call and cancel the product/services. If I did not call and cancel the services within the ten days of receiving the product, it would be implied I wanted to continue doing business with them and my account would be charged $102 and $129.90.

The package never arrived. Upon visiting the bank on 10/5/05 I became aware that the following charges had been made to my account: 9-08-05 two charges of $4.95; 10-03-05 charge of $129.90; 10-03-05 charge of $102.00.

On 10-5-05 I called and spoke to Eric Mckinley who said he would foward the request of a refund to his supervisor. I called again on 10-7-05 and spoke with two different "supervisors" named Mike Freeman #0901 and Aries Cole who both refused to refund the charges because the ten day trial period had lapsed. I informed them I never received a package & they still would not refund the charges, saying I should have contact THEM when the package didn't arrive.

I would like to file a class action law suit. Contact me (deleted) if you would like to accompany me in suing this company.
