Same promise from them as everyone else here.The only difference is they say their with TOP RANK LISTING.CON a division of Eboost Media.Con Took my CC info on 8-15-08. On August 30th I started looking for my listing on google and yahoo under the various search terms ( 10 keywords) not there under any of them.

So I start calling I get the voice mail and never a return call. Finally on 9-5-08 I spoke to Denette who said she was the customer service manager, I told her I didn't see any results and that I wanted my money back if it didn't show up soon she mention extending time before I would be billed again anyway she said she would call me back that day or Monday at the latest she even gave me a number to contact her at 1-866-788-6941 x237 nope it doesn't work.

Then i called Chad (my salesman) and left a message on his voice mail to call me back or I would cancel the transaction. I even called the number on my caller ID (951) 894-8620 voice mail answered.No return call so I canceled my card and stopped them from billing me further.

One thing that made me suspicious was their emails say eboostmedia@gmail.com or eboostcustomersupport@gmail.com Thats a free email account if they are so legitimate why don't they get email accounts with their website address? They sent me an email on 9-16-08 ( by the way these people can't spell LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITES and apparently they don't have spell check or know how to use it) and I quote,
"eBoost Media New Numbers

951-894-8620
BILLING INFO:

We may be set to bill you account soon - so please call if you have any questions on your billing!!"
Yeah right they apparently tried to bill me and failed.
Lastly I spoke to Danette and I believe the guy on the net who said she called him a f***** and a q**** on his voice mail message because she struck me as being that type , she was rude.

Now I'm justing waiting to get my $99.00 back.

I decided that anymore telephone solicitors that want to sell me something for my company will need to email their pitch and I will do a google search on them first and check with their BBB for complaints and legitimacy.We need it in writing.

Yes Eboost media is now Top Rank Listing SAME SEO SCAM

The latest rendition of their scam is where they threaten to turn off your Local Business listing if you don't pay their fee. They are so demented that they tell you that they are the ones that put the listing there.

Truth is, if a business does not "claim" their listing on Google, it can be accessed and paused/deleted by anyone. TOP RANK LISTING tries to scam people into paying $89 per month to keep a listing that they already had.

CLAIM YOUR GOOGLE BUSINESS LISTINGS AND THEY CAN DO NOTHING!!!

BILL Leonard-chief scammer has been reported to the FCC and Google is on to them. There are a few people here on ripoff report that are taking action.

TOP RANK LISTING SCAM! - Give Bill a call @951-894-8620 and tell him that the jig is up!

John of Tileman in Billings (Montana, by the way) thinks he is ringing some new bell here - and I hate to take the wind from his sales, but this bell was wrung months and months ago. A little late to the dance, and with a pocket full of misinformation too. Please read my rebuttal to John's first posting.

By the way, I don't know why the FCC would be interested in me or Top Rank Listing, but I am not threatened by the letter comment John. I welcome any questions they, or anybody else may have on our business and what we provide to our clients. I will also have your recorded voice available for them, the one of you accepting the terms of the agreement to have your business listed on Google Maps and the payment terms for service.

Top Rank Listing Can not cancel your business listing if you listed it.

They can not cancel your business listing and you can not cancel it either with Google if you did not list it even if it says submitted by the business owner. So John from Billings please stop saying that since YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!!! YOU ARE WRONG. I FILED A RIPOFF REPORT LAST YEAR against this company regrettably (Susan from Dallas,TX) I did get my money back. A month later Top Rank Listing called me to show me they had placed in Google Maps section listing my business in 2nd or 3rd spot there under 2 search terms at NO CHARGE TO ME the ad had Top Rank listings Logo in it!!! They did that for 3 months and we did get CALLS from it. I HONESTLY WONDERED WHY THEY DID THAT. When they called me last month to see if I wanted to continue the ad, I said NO ( somehow I didn't really believe they had done it) and they took it down immediately. Now I am thinking of calling them back to RE LIST US. I don't get it why people are complaining if they didn't pay anything for Top Rank Listing services, how exactly did they get harmed and why are they complaining?

The owners and their employees are the same bunch from eboost and the owners use to own New World Mortgage. Bill Leonard and Kevin Leonard (Kevin Johnson, whatever alias he decides to use) are brothers. They have been scamming people for a long time. Beware!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM A YOUNG SINGLE MOM, WHO IS JUST STARTING MY BUISNESS. A LADY TOLD ME SHE CAN GET MY BUISNESS ON A LISTING WHERE WHEN THEY GOOGLE ME IT WILL COME UP IN THE 1ST 4 WHICH I REALIAZED LATER THAT IS FREE!!!!!!!!!!! aND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE A 3 PAGE WEBSITE UP. FEB 16 2010 I PAID 199.00. nO LISTING UNTIL A MONTH LATER AND ITS APRIL 25,2010 AND STILL NO WEBSITE. I CALL SEVERAL TIMES STATING I WANT MONEY BACK WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE OF COURSE! THEN THEY WILL HAVE A REP GET BACK TO ME NOONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I NEED MY 200 DOLLARS BACK ITS NOT FAIR IM REALLY ANGRY THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WHO ARE TRYING TO SURVIVE. IM SO SO SO SO SO MAD!!! SO IF ANYONE NEEDS ANY HELP WITH ANYTHING AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO HELP!
